1. Diagnostic & 3 pillar therapies to release the pain 

When you arrive at my clinic, I’ll invite you to a cosy room where we sit and have a friendly chat. I want to know who you are, what you do, how’s your day going with friends and family, stress response, lifestyle and habits.

You’ll see how I make sense of every aspect of your life led to your current neck pain.

Then I begin the treatment with any of my 3 core therapies:

  • Craniosacral therapy: I apply gentle pressure around your head and spine to release tension so headaches, migraine and stress can finally let go. 

  • Lava hot stone therapy: I move warm stones throughout tight areas. The warmth creates a deep sense of relaxation and expands your blood vessels so nutrients and oxygen can flow smoothly to promote healing.

  • Trigger point therapy: I put and hold my fingers on specific muscle knots in the shoulder and neck areas for 5-10 mins. As I hold, I’ll guide you through deep breathing so your body releases the tension and allows blood and nutrients to flow for healing.

I mix and adjust every session based on how your body responds!

After the first session, you’ll feel a bit relaxed, headache goes away and you can fully turn your head without pain.

I have many techniques from Swedish modality, Thai massage, Deep Tissue Massage and more.

I’ll show a 5 min stretching routine that you can start before breakfast to keep your joints warm, promote healing and make your body less vulnerable to injuries.

I’ve created a customized intermittent fasting program with recommended everyday healing foods to speed up your recovery and reduce inflammation naturally, without changing your normal diet!

  • Progressive fasting window schedule that helps your body gradually adapt to a new eating window so you stay consistent long-term.

  • How to adjust your food proportions to ensure you get the right balance of nutrients.
